(1) Account Management & Security
To provide you with stable membership services and ensure account safety, we use your account information to create and manage your MakerMuse account (including facilitating seamless logins via email verification or Google One-Tap). This data allows us to authenticate your identity during login and analyze operation logs to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other security risks, thereby safeguarding your account and connected devices.
(2) AI Asset Generation (SVG & 3D Models)
To provide our streamlined and easy-to-use AI generation features that transform your creativity into manufacturing-ready files, we process the text prompts and image data you upload. These inputs are processed by our integrated AI models to generate standardized layered SVG files or 3D model files. We also utilize this data to continuously optimize the performance and generation quality of our AI algorithms. Note: By default, your uploaded data and generated outputs will not be used for ongoing AI model training unless you explicitly opt-in.
(3) Asset Processing & Future Cloud Storage
To deliver your digital creations, we process your generated SVG/3D data. Depending on the service version you use, these files may currently be processed temporarily and delivered directly to your device. As our platform evolves, we may provide cloud storage features (such as "Generation History") to store your assets on our servers. This future infrastructure will allow you to preview, download, or share your generated files at any time.
(4) Inspiration Collection & Social Sharing
When you submit ideas to the "Inspiration Wishing Well", we use this data to analyze user trends and develop new scene templates. Additionally, when you use our sharing features, we process your asset data to automatically generate optimized social media posters (for Pinterest, Instagram, X, WhatsApp) embedded with SEO keywords and brand identifiers.
(5) Payment Processing
To complete transaction processes for services or products and fulfill our contractual obligations, we collect necessary payment information, such as transaction order numbers, payment status, and the amount of Credits/Points purchased. This enables the redemption and usage of advanced AI generation or exporting features.
(6) Product Improvement & Analytics
To continuously optimize product experience and enhance device stability, we collect and analyze your usage records (such as favorite scene templates and feature click frequencies). These de-identified statistical data help us understand user behavior and identify system vulnerabilities, enabling us to improve product performance and develop new creative scenarios.
